What is your return policy?
At Gammn, we take pride in crafting exceptional backgammon boards. We are confident you will love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund, excluding any shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your Gammn board must be:
- Unused.
- 100% complete and in its original packaging.
- Any items shrink-wrapped must be returned sealed and unopened for a full refund.
Here are some things to keep in mind:
- Return shipping costs will be paid for by the purchaser. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a defective item or an error on our part.
- Apparel: All apparel (t-shirts, hats, and sweatshirts) are final sale.
- International Returns: At this time, we are unable to accept international returns.
- If the set is complete upon return but out of shrink-wrap, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of the refund.
- Exchanges are not supported at this time. Please return original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
- Once we have received & accepted your item(s), we will issue a refund within 2 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we are happy to offer free ground shipping for orders placed within the Continental US over $250.
Please note that we do not ship out orders on the weekends or on US holidays.
Where do you ship from?
Brooklyn, NY.
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! International shipping costs shown at checkout include all duties & import taxes [in order to avoid any issues with customs]. You will not be charged any additional taxes or import fees.
How do I order replacements for missing checkers / dice?
Please email us at hello@gammn.com with your order number (that you are missing pieces from), along with what item (dice or checkers), color & quantity you need replaced and we will make sure to get you playing again ASAP!
Where is GAMMN made?
Gammn boards are manufactured in New Hampshire and assembled in New York. The interior components are sourced from a number of foreign manufacturers with experience in backgammon, camera straps & funny enough dog collars (yup our handles).
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards.
Does my board come with a warranty?
Yes, all Gammn products come with a one year warranty.
The manufacturer, Gammn, is offering a guarantee to repair the product if found defective in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This guarantee extends to only the first retail purchaser of the product, starting from the date of delivery, for one year.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days (weekends & holidays excluded) of placing your order, please contact us at hello@gammn.com with your name & order number and we will look into it for you.

Is GAMMN available in stores?
